Personal Information
Having grown up in one home for most of my life, then moving to California and back again to Seattle and then onto Lynnwood. Where I now reside with my husband and children. I understand how taxing and stressful it can be. I sympathize with both processes. It can be difficult to sell the home that you have lived in for many years creating memories of a lifetime. Or, trying to find that perfect home to build memories to share with family and friends for years to come. With this experience, I can appreciate all that a buyer or seller has to go through during the entire process. I will be there every step of the way.
I have had a lifetime of firsthand experience with the military life. I was an army brat as my father was a Lieutenant Colonel for the US Army and finally retired in 1995 after 32 years.
After he retired he had this vision to start a Real Estate company so that he could help educate military families purchase homes of their own using their military benefits. I joined my father’s company in 2004 so that I could continue his legacy as he would like to retire all together to pursue a life on the road with his Honda Gold Wing and in his RV.
In 2010 my husband and I purchased VRS and fulfilled my father’s wishes and are now the new owners. My father can now go smell the roses. His company has been going strong. And we feel great satisfaction in educating and helping vets use their VA benefit.
